Craftsmanship that transforms homes across British Columbia

We founded AMIRI Renovations on a simple belief: a home should feel finished, not just "done." That means floors laid with tight seams and consistent transitions, walls cut in cleanly, and surfaces prepared properly before the first coat of paint ever touches them. Our team is built around journeymen-level finishers who take pride in the details most people never notice — because that is exactly where quality lives.

Flooring is where we start. We install solid and engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, and laminate, with careful attention to subfloor preparation, acclimation, and expansion gaps that prevent the buckling and gapping that plague rushed installs. Painting is where we finish. We handle interior walls, ceilings, trim, and cabinetry, using quality primers and paints and a methodical cut-and-roll process that delivers crisp lines and a durable, even finish.

Every project begins with an honest, no-pressure assessment. We measure, we listen to how you live in the space, and we explain the options — including the ones that save you money without compromising the result. You get a clear written quote, a realistic timeline, and a single point of contact from start to finish. No surprise charges, no disappearing acts, no subcontractor hand-offs that leave you guessing who is responsible.

We are proudly local. AMIRI Renovations serves homeowners throughout British Columbia, Canada, and we understand the region's homes — from older Vancouver character houses with their original plank floors to newer builds in the Fraser Valley and beyond. We carry the right licensing and insurance for the work we do, and we stand behind it with a workmanship guarantee. When we hand over the keys, the job is done right.
